SICE entered the US market in 1992 with the implementation of a toll project for the Teodoro Moscoso Bridge in Puerto Rico. It was then that SICE USA was established, although it was not until 2007 that SICE Inc. was incorporated to develop the business in the USA.
At present, the American subsidiary works mainly on ITS and tunnel projects, providing design, integration and deployment services and operating electronic tolling systems for the public and private transport market. We are also active in the provision of complementary services as a general contractor for civil engineering and electrical work for toll and transit facilities.
At SICE USA, we are very proud to work with such major players in the national transportation industry as TxDOT, NET RMA, HCRMA, FDOT, CFX, MDX, Miami Dade County and others that have embraced and that value our solutions and services.
